Payment
We accept
personal checks, cashier checks, money orders and cash.
Returns
A full refund including
shipping costs (if applicable) is issued if a carrier has a manufacturer
defect.
Carriers that are in
new, unwashed condition will be issued a full refund if returned within
7 days of purchase (or 7 days of delivery date if mailed). Shipping
charges are not refunded. Please
contact us prior to returning a carrier
to receive a Return Authorization number to include on your return
package.
Shipping
Although most of my sales
are in the Atlanta metro area, carriers can be mailed to you or a
friend! The cost for shipping is $8 for a Regular or XL Strap Sachi and
$6 for a Solarweave Sachi and is sent US postal priority mail
with delivery confirmation. If getting more than one carrier,
contact me for a cheaper combined shipping rate. No international shipping at this
time.
Web Orders
We are so happy that you are
interested in ordering a carrier from our website, but unfortunately, we
are not yet set up to receive web orders. We hope to accept web
orders in the very near future. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please
contact us via phone or email to order
(so that I can email you a Paypal invoice to purchase a carrier) or if
you live in the Atlanta metro area, we can hand deliver your carrier to
you.
